The reason why Samsung’s choice has fallen on Espoo, is due to the fact that this area has many highly trained engineers and software developers, as a result of Nokia’s earlier heyday.
The Chinese manufacturer Huawei, the world’s second-largest supplier of mobile equipment, as well as Intel, has also knocked down stakes in Nokia-land.
